At Korg, we stand behind the quality of our musical instruments and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the product in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables, to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
